As part of our commitment to gaining SWIM21 accreditation, a new squad structure and timetable has been created (see members section). This shows the times at which each squad will swim and the coaches allocated for the squads. We hope that you all recognise that these changes are being made to benefit the swimmers and that the new system will receive your full support. You may have noticed that some changes have been implemented since September 2008. We recognise that Club Distance Swims and Club Championships through Sept/Oct will provide some early disruption and will look to iron out early problems with a view to full implementation of the new structure mid November 08.
Of course they may be some early “teething” problems and we may have made some errors/omissions with the new squad system. Please be assured that any errors/omissions are purely accidental. If you feel that you/your child has been placed in the wrong squad (or we have missed them completely - sorry) please contact a member of the Committee or Coaching team.
